A Special Way to Give
In 1985, the St. Catharines General Hospital observed its 120th year of providing high quality health care to the people of our community. To mark the occasion, the St. Catharines General Hospital Foundation commissioned the creation of an illuminated stained glass wall to be erected in the hospital’s main lobby as a means of recognizing the generosity of the community in providing financial support.
The central focus of the 20-foot by seven-foot glass screen is Ontario’s provincial flower, the Trillium. The project has been named the St. Catharines General Hospital Foundation Trillium Donor Recognition Program. Panels of varying sizes provide recognition to families and organizations alike. The engraved stained glass panels recognize individual or corporate gifts, made in one year or pledged over a three-year term.
The panes available for purchase on the Trillium Wall are at the $1,000 and $5,000 level. Please contact the Foundation office for more details about the size for engraving.
