3rd Annual Women’s Wellness Speaker Series

Thank you to everyone who participated in the 3rd Annual Women's Wellness Speaker Event that took place at White Oaks Conference Resort & Spa.  A fun night was had by all at this interactive workshop that helped us understand our "Personality Dimensions".  We learned about the impact our personalities have on our relationships at work and home, and helped us to understand our strengths, values, abilities, communication style and behaviours.

Thank you to our facilitator, Ildie Wiley for making it such an enjoyable night and to the Fab at 50 Committee and Volunteers who assisted with the planning and organization.

Proceeds will be donated to the purchase of an ECG Management System for the Cardiac Investigative Unit at the St. Catharines General Hospital.
