Darda is a three-time Paralympian. Her accomplishments include being a member of the gold medal winning, world record breaking 4x100 medley relay team at the 2000 Paralympics in Sydney, Australia and she won a silver medal in the same event at the 2004 Paralympic Games in Athens, Greece. Darda was a two time bronze medalist at the IPC World Championships in 2006 and a two time gold medalist at the Para Pan American Games in 2007.
