Ultimate Live ThaiBoxing Event in support of the St. Catharines General Hospital Foundation.

For the third year in a row Muay Thai Niagara is hosting an exciting night of live amateur Muay Thai fights while supporting a great cause. Local MTN athletes will be battling it out with other athletes from all across Ontario.

Muay Thai Niagara is committed to producing well balanced and exceptionally trained athletes. Cultivating a training environment focused on the body, mind and community.

Thai Boxing originated in Thailand thousands of years ago as a form of military combat. It has also been called the science of 8 limbs as it incorporates the hands, elbows, knees and legs. In recent years its popularity has spread rapidly throughout the world, gaining recognition as the most effective stand-up fighting style. Even with its worldwide appeal, Thai Boxing retains much of its history and culture. Many Thai Boxers still perform the ceremonial wai kru and ram muay before their fight to pay respect to their teachers.
